Greetings fellow Tripod inhabitants! I'm a photographic artist and musician who loves spending time creating art work or playing my piano or soprano saxophone.
I'm gratefull for the gifts I've been given to create and to add something wonderful or magical to an already beautiful world.
I'm a traveler and have been to almost every corner of the planet from the many islands of the Caribbean to Central and South America, Europe, Africa and throughout North America.
I'm hoping to get to countries in Asia before the man upstairs decides to pull the plug on a brotha.
I've added a few of my art pieces so you can get an idea of the type of photographic artwork I do. And why is it called Photographic Art?
My artwork all start out as photographs that shoot. Sometimes I shoot with a finished image in mind and sometimes I just shoot to capture images that I can use at a later time. Then I work in Photoshop and create either a photo montage or a digital painting like the image to the right titled "Gentle Mystic in Red".
The piece to the left is titled "Musical Kiss" and is a photo montage using the lips from a model I photographed. The image to the right is titled "Jazz Quartet" and is a photo montage created from photos of little iron statues that I composed together in Photoshop then painted using a program called Painter.
